How to Schedule Product Deliveries:

To arrange deliveries or obtain commitments for ISI dock time, we encourage you to use our online appointment system. Simple to use and always available, the system is used regularly by project coordinators, transportation managers, dispatchers and drivers. No login is required for first-time users. Appointments are promptly confirmed via email. Reminders are emailed as appointment time approaches.

Receive. Store. Deliver.

Our warehouse specialists are experts in the identification, handling, and care of the full range of contract furniture, architectural wall systems, and other types of product used to outfit commercial interiors.

ISI’s headquarters and field operations hub is a modern, clean, well-organized facility in Itasca, Illinois. Situated about 20 minutes from O'Hare International airport, the site offers fast, convenient access to major roadways in Chicago’s western suburbs. This location makes it easy for our drivers and project managers to reach job sites throughout Chicagoland, often circumventing downtown traffic.

Our warehouse contains open-floor, three-tier racked storage space, areas for receiving and staging, heightened-security cages for high-value client inventory, and equipment stations for recycling project waste. There are 6 interior docks, 11 exterior docks, and a drive-in ramp offering all-weather protection for loading and unloading. The secure, insured warehouse is equipped with systems for fire and smoke detection, fire suppression, and video security.

To transport product, ISI’s fleet includes one tractor-trailer, seven 24-foot straight trucks, and two 16-foot vans. All vehicles are equipped with GPS and side and rear-mounted video.

Asset Management Services

ISI’s asset management specialists are trained and experienced in using asset management disciplines, processes, and technology. They work with our inventory specialists, project coordinators and account managers to assist partners match available product to new workspace requirements.

ISI asset management services are an effective way to optimize financial and operational returns on clients’ product investments. We offer three tiers of service representing a range of cost-effective solutions.

SnapTracker™, the industry-standard software for furniture asset management, is our principal technology for delivering asset management services. Clients have 24/7 access to inventory data using our secure online interface with their SnapTracker™ account(s).

Project Management

ISI’s full-time professional project managers apply their extensive training and experience in the contract furniture industry to keep our partners' projects progressing according to plan. They develop solutions for unforeseen problems, address special requests with emergent requirements, and ensure a timely flow of communication among the members of the project team. Our project managers also initiate and track the reporting and other paperwork essential for a seamless project installation.

Technical Specialties

We do our best to minimize the time spent working in the client’s facility while these services are being performed.
